Replacement Silt Bag This item did just what it was meant to. Since it is fine it picks up all the silt that can be in the pool.
Works like the Polaris bag did This works just like the original bag but was a lot cheaper. I would buy another one when I need it.
Filters pretty well and easy to use Filters pretty well and easy to use. It doesn't catch super fine silt but it catches a lot more than my other bags caught. It's also easier to clean I think because it's not huge. It needs to be dumped more often than my other bags because it gets heavy with sand because it catches so much. If it were bigger, the cleaner wouldn't be able to move when it was full.
Wonderful bag This bag really does a terrific job catching the dirt/leaves/silt in the pool. It's an excellent product. I would and will buy it again.
works great but a bit small. Works great to pick up anything (sand, grass leaves, dirt) but gets full within 2 hours of sweeping. I wish it was a bit bigger.
Great Product and good customer service for problem with the item This was a good price and the right product compared to local pool stores. We received the item on time, but when it was opened the product had a small hole in the fine mesh that would have allowed the sand/silt to slip through. I send an email through the email communication on the Amazon order sheet and they responded quickly and immediately shipped a new one. Works great Excellent upgrade for your Polaris vac. Picks up very fine dirt, sand, and other fine debris . . . along with larger things like leaves.
Works as advertised I have a flagstone deck around the pool that constantly creates sand and particles that blow into the water. This bag catches all the fine debris the default bag doesnt. Love it, will get another when this one wears out.
Picks up everything I purchased one as a replacement for a leaf bag, since we've had storms that add dirt, I decided to try this bag. It is smaller than the leaf bag, but still works on larger debris as well. Since then I have ordered and received a second bag. The reason for doing is so I can swap out the bag to dry, which makes cleanup much easier. Also, by using this bag, I reduce the sand that would normally go into my pool filter.
