Issues from day one. Firmware update would never complete. Lost connection consistently despite unit being only 18 inches from wifi extender. Customer service was slow to respond and could not have cared less about my issue. I'll be returning it to Leslie's and buy something that isn't a Polaris. Very disappointed.

The polaris works well except if flips over. I haven't received the rebate in the mail so far.

I thought I was impressed, but after several weeks, the cleaner does not do well on the water line and the lifting system does not work as advertised anymore. I am forced to either pull the cleaner by the cord or fish it out with a net which is no easy task
