About this business
Loved it for 10 months, self-contained debris collection bend, cleans the walls, rugged. Then during month 11 it stopped all the time without schedule. Apparently, something was in the gears causing it to stop until cleared. But the good news is that Polaris replaced it under warranty. Love it again.

My biggest issue or problem is the palm leaves or long weeds/grass get stuck in the wheels of the cleaner. It is ot easy to get them out. If you dont get them out, the wheels wont spin properly and it wont travel around the pool efficiently to clean it.

Good Turns around to much Not enough swivel on hose

Replace my old Pentair Racer. This cleaner has a better designed gear system to turn the wheels. Like the basket for debris far better than a bag system.

The machine tends to get stuck doing circles around the floor drain. When you open the top to empty the bins, it’s difficult to get the top to latch on to the body securely. It doesn’t seem to clean as well as 3 wheel machine I had.
