We have had our Polaris since August, 2019. It is great! It's amazing all that it can pick up. Trees in our area seem to be shedding again and the Polaris does a great job in collecting a bunch of leaves. It gets filled to the max. We empty it out, clean up the filters and put it back in and it keeps going without missing a beat. Haven't had any issues with it thus far. Hope it continues that way for years.
The cleaner unit is great except for the one weak point that involves the connection point from the cleaner to the hose. Wife pulled the cleaner out of the water via the hose and broke the connector. Was under warranty but took a while to get the part. Checked online and all companies were sold out. Hoping that other parts that need to be replaced in the future are easier to get.
This will be my second season with the Polaris Quarttro Sport. Looking forward to another good year. The Quattro is easy to use and does a great job!
Outstanding pool cleaner. The collection bin is massive and collects a lot more than you think.
It is the best pool cleaner I have EVER owned EXCEPT for one thing. It climbs up all the walls but spends a lot of time at the top trying to get over but not turning around. I am afraid that it will wear out the parts just grinding in place. Otherwise, it is fantastic.

Very good robotic cleaner. Only drawback is that if you get alot of debris in the pool you need to empty it frequently. Otherwise ver happy with the product
I got the Quattro in September 2018. I live in Florida, have a lot of trees and don't have a pool cage so I have run the Polaris 2 hours a day every day since. It has done a great job, charging into drifts of leaves and pollen with no fear. Sometimes I empty it 3 times in a two hour period. I had to replace the gearbox on it a couple of months ago, not ideal for something that sells for $1,200, but I do work it hard. Leaf and pollen season is finally over and the pool looks good and is warm enough to swim.
The Polaris Quattro Sport Pro does fairly well as a cleaner. If your pool has leaves or sticks they will get caught in the rubber scrubbers and slow the machine down over time. I don't see a solid way to clean them out continually so it relies on friction to destroy the stick or leaves over time. The hose is also a constant pain. It does not have enough swivels and it continually ties itself in knots which makes it so the cleaner can't get the entire pool floor or walls.
