Great buy if you have a Polaris I wish we would have had this a long, long time ago. The water barely splashes out of the pool now, and even when/if it does, it only reaches a few feet. No more wet windows, patios or even pool water in our koi pond. Great buy if you have a Polaris.
I like it! Keeps my Polaris sweeper's tail from whipping water out all over my house windows and other items. Still provides great sweeping/scrubbing action as well.

A Life (and Clean Window) Saver Yes, it's true the vents get clogged, but I find that if I just take a toothbrush and scrub the vents I can have it clear in about a minute. Each Saturday I empty the cleaner bag and scrub the vents on the tail. For us this effort it is certainly worth it to not have water-stained windows. One star off because it would be better if it didn't get clogged in the first place. Good purchase Glad I got this. Before my Polasis 280 was spitting water out of the pool and at anyone in its line of fire. Keeps the tail down and also extends the life of the sponge at the end. Does need to be cleaned occasionally. Debris sometimes gets lodged between the tail and the insertion point.
