The whole process was very smooth. Customer service was very good and Anthony came out to give us an estimate and listened to our concerns. The crew arrived on time and worked very hard for the whole day. They cleaned up at the end of the day and the roof looks great. The crew chief discussed the work before beginning and exchanged some extra boards that were rotten. Overall a great experience. <br />
Inspected skylights and roofing, determined that only skylights were in immediate need of repair. The person who did the estimate, and the billing person were absolutely professional and helpful. <br />
They were wonderful. The estimate was very well done: careful and professional (Mickey is excellent) We had three estimates and we just had a good feeling about Pond. Our instincts were spot-on. The crew was here on time, did a great job and cleaned up completely. Afterward there were a couple of follow up issues and they were completely and immediately responsive, cooperative and the work was and is outstanding. I will use them again and recommend them highly. <br />
