From inspection and estimate, though roof replacement and clean up, extremely pleased with quality of work, honesty and friendliness of all the employees (from estimator to office to work site -- Lonnie, Quincy and the entire team working at our home). The owner was especially easy to work with. Patrick stopped by the work site a couple of times to check on job progress, answer our questions, and even provided his personal cell phone number if we had more questions.

Anthony and the Pond team were great! I received a confirmation email and photo of Anthony, the estimator so I'd know who to look for. Anthony showed up on time and performed a quick assessment identifying a nail that had worked loose from a shingle. Anthony quickly repaired the nail and pointed out other important information regarding the upkeep and lifespan of our roof. It truly could not have gone better. The crew did a superlative job. Their attention to detail was excellent. When they took off the vinyl they discovered areas without plywood or wrapping, which they immediately showed us and got authorization to improve. They even noted the lack of insulation in one place and fixed that as well. They were able to follow a somewhat detailed design plan and their installation appears to be perfect. The estimator came to the house and inspected the work to be done. He explained the work to be done, provided us with the best price and help get the scope of work approved by the HOA. Their work force came out as scheduled, did a very professional job and excellent work and clean up.
