I solicited 3 bids. Pond's representative was the only one who actually looked in the attic--although all 3 reps. were invited to do so. Pond installed my new roof promptly. They were not the least expensive, but were most professional & reliable. The roofers arrived when promised (as had the estimator), worked steadily for 12 hours, & did a thorough clean-up of all debris.
