Excellent customer service throughout. I initially dealt with sales rep Mickey, who explained questions I had along the way. If I hadn't scheduled roof work, prob. wouldn't have known Pond was there. They cleaned up very well after themselves. I found only one nail so far on ground. They even took the trouble to sweep off my deck in back of house. A new house we are buying needed gutters. My bank would not give us a loan until the gutters were fixed and because of the circumstances on the sale of the house, the current owners would not be able to have the work done. Another trick was timing. The bank that held the loan on the house needed to consent to the work also. AND it had to be done in time to have the work inspected by our bank before we could close on the house.
