The estimator came for a free estimate, reviewed carefully all the roof, gutter, overhanging branches, under gutter, walls and chimney and concluded that we should not use Pond Roofing services but have the gutter cleaned and use a specialized masonry expert to redo the chimney. All the rest was fine. We paid nothing for this and honest advice. <br />
On Monday morning he came out and with a few screws made the repair. That's responsive service! This was the first problem we have had with everything they have done for us. Pond Roofing is a top notch company that I highly recommend.
