Everyone at Pond did excellent work. The estimate by Shanti Smith was quick, and it was lower than a competing estimate from another roofing company. Paperwork for the job was mostly handled by Fax and phone. Pond's representative was very cooperative when we called to request a date for the job that was about three months out, and Pond then performed the job in the week that we requested.
