They were punctual and did a very thorough job. They never did anything that was not in the original plan without consulting me. I had a good experience with them.
Their workmanship was great and wonderful. They did whatever they promised and were very clean. The work was completed in a day's time and they cleaned up everything. The people who work for the roofing company were nice too. I had an estimate from another company which was almost the same as the one given by Pond Roofing. We chose Pond Roofing as this was a recommendation from my neighbors who had used them some time back. They were very good at what they did.
They were a very professional crew. They finished most of the job the first day and finished the job completely the next. It was like they were not there. They installed a unique system that keeps the leaves out.
It went very well. They were professional and fast. They were the lowest estimate and had a number different options and let me pick. They did it in a timely way. It took two days for the roof. He was also very knowledgeable about roofing systems. They re-flashed the skylights and warranted that. They suggested we move the attic fan and install a ridge line vent system. He really did know his stuff and was not just a salesman. After they were done they even had large magnets to pick up the nails.
They had the best price and they were very reasonable. They were happy to do repairs on someone else's job. They were excellent. They were the best that I found.
They did a real nice job. They showed up on time and I think that things worked out pretty good at first watch. Their prices were pretty competitive and it was a fair price for the work that was done.
They came and gave me an estimate. I didn't get back to them right away, and it was going to rain. I called them up and said can you guys come out it is going to rain I want to go through with that. They came over and put down some plastic down so it wouldn't leak, free of charge.

The estimator came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, then did a little on the spot repair to stop the leaking. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and they did a beautiful job. We are very happy.
