It took me a while to get them scheduled just for an estimate. I probably had to wait for a month. They don?t have enough people or they are very busy.
The process took a long time, but I wasn't pushing for speed and terrible weather kept slowing things down. There was a leak after the initial installation, but Pond went to great lengths to solve the problem. Overall, I thought they did a first class job and would happily recommend them to others. The project was expensive (hence the B grade for price) but that may simply reflect the high cost of artificial slate.
We've gone through 2 other roofers. Pond is professional, prompt, do a great job and leave NO nails or debris. They may cost a little more, but are completely worth it!
They were on-time, polite, and helpful. They recommended putting in new insulation (I'm missing some in places), even though they do handle that type of work. Another company did it. I felt confident in the advice I was given.
They did a really good job. I had an issue after they came out the first time to do repairs to my roof, and I had called thinking it may have been an issue they hadn't solved. They came back within 3 days and checked the roof thoroughly. They said it wasn't their fault and it was something else. They happened to be right and everything has been right ever since. They do a very good job and the price seemed fair. We haven?t had any problems with the roof since.
They were fantastic. They were prompt, professional, knew what they were doing and offered quality work at a good price.
Steve Juntilla from Pond Roofing was very professional in presenting us with all the options for our roof replacement. He did not push us for products and services that we did not need. The crew that he sent was professional and installed the new roof on time. I will recommend Pond Roofing for future roofing projects.
