I liked their work. I have called them for work again. They were on time and they did what they were suppose to do. The only problem is they are such a reputable company that you have to make a appointment before they can come out and do the assessment and then make an appointment to do the work, and its about a week before they are able to do that.

We first noticed the leak during the holidays and called another company to repair it. And they did not fix the leak but claimed that additional work beyond what they estimated and performed (about 2 hours on the roof at a cost of about $1,200) would be needed. After several rounds of discussion with the first company, we switched to Pond Roofing for the repair. Pond was very responsive and provided an estimate of about $1,000 with a 30 day guarantee. I'd been meaning to have new gutters installed for a long time. The old ones put in by the builder were always half falling off and getting clogged up. One in the front of the garage would always overflow and spill water, summer and winter (the water would freeze in front of the garage and on a path to the front door.) The crew showed up on time and offered a reasonable rate. I was so pleased of their willingness to complete a small job. As many of the larger companies did not want to accept this small of a job. Upon receiving the estimate, I had made some revisions, which they did without hesitation. Upon completion of the work, I noticed a couple of minor corrections which needed to be fixed. The crew immediately corrected them. They are definitely motivated to satisfy the customer.

I really liked this company's estimator. He was the only one of 3 who went up on the roof to do the estimate. As a result I found out I had holes in the roof I didn't even know about. Unfortunately, their price came out higher than an equally well-rated company so I didn't use them.

Probably one of the most professional contractor organizations I have ever worked with. For instance the staff are all employees, the estimator was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a wealth of information. Consequently I was able to make an informed decision. The workers were courteous and cleaned the job area each day. The installation is beautiful and really perked up my house visually. Pond Roofing now offers many other services beyond roof repair so I now have them in the front of my Rolodex.

In desperation we called Pond Roofing to see whether the roof was implicated in an intermittent leak to the second floor of our three-story townhouse that our former plumbing company had misdiagnosed as related to an upstairs toilet. Estimator had to do some sleuthing to figure out the probable cause, because of the intermittent nature of the leak (only with very heavy rains). He did find it, though, and a crew then came out in less than a week and fixed things. Mystery solved!

Pond's showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would. They worked very hard in extreme heat and still finished in a timely fashion. The job took several days however they cleaned up everyday as if the job was finished, which I appreciated. I was very pleased with the results of their work and effort.
