I have been a pool person for many years but recently we decided to join the Hot Tub Club. As with any major financial purchase i did months and months of research. I purchased an above ground pool several years ago which we love. I returned in July a year ago and purchased a Chelsea hot tub. I did my research and Rob helped me the rest of the way with providing great sales guidance. I referred a friend to Rob for a hot tub who also referred a friend of his. So 3 hot tubs proves it's a great product and a great place to buy. Thanks Rob and pool city.
We also recently ( July 2014) purchased our first above ground pool from Pool City on McKnight rd. The staff made this experience as painless as possible! We had competitor quotes and they were able to not only match, but exceed in quality the equipment in the pool package. They took time with us to educate us on pool 101 things like chemicals, testing, what to look for and how to treat. We were just recently in for pool closure supplies and couldn't say enough good things about the team at pool city!
We recently purchased a hot tub from Adam. We had The Best customer service ever. He was able to answer every question we had before and after the purchase. We still go back now a year later and he remembers us by name and knows exactly what hot tub we bought. He's still answering questions we have. I'm so glad we went with pool city. Best prices best customer service best people!
I purchased an above ground pool last year from Robert and his assistance throughout the summer was fantastic. Every phone call or frantic trip into the store with a question was met with professionalism. We came to Pool City on McKnight Rd. looking for a new filter for our pool. Adam has helped us recently with a solar heater and other items in the past. We knew he would be very knowledgable about the filter. He was super friendly as usual. My husband always deals with Adam. His customer service is outstanding!
We bought great looking, quality furniture for our front porch. Adam was able to steer us through to a perfect set and was honest about competitor products and pricing (I checked!). Honest sales, and a great product. I would recommend anyone check Pool City if looking for porch/patio furnishings.
