We love our new pool! My husband and I stopped at the North Hills store to simply look one Saturday afternoon but thanks to Adam with his polite manners and product knowledge we never looked elsewhere. It was our pleasure dealing with Adam we appreciate all the help he gave us in our decision making and now we have our pool in before Memorial Day! Looking forward to summer, backyard poolside.
Just Bought a patio set from Rob at pool city on McKnight rd and the whole experience was great. He helped us find the right fit for our family's needs and gave us time to think with out smothering us with sales pitches. I would recommend this store!!!
It was a positive experience deciding on an above ground pool from Pool City McKnight Road. The sales rep Rob was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining all of our options and in the selection process. He was also available throughout the installation process and beyond to answer all of my questions as a new pool owner! We just purchased an oval above ground pool from Pool City on McKnight Rd. Our sales rep was Adam who was very helpful in our decision making. We are loving the hot tub we recently purchased from Rob at Pool City on McKnight Road. Having never had one before, we had lots of questions before we made our purchase. I purchased a retractable awning for my deck from Adam at Pool City and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The sales associate was well informed about the product, helping me in my decision making process.
