The experience of purchasing our hot tub and gazebo from Pool City's McKnight Road store is one to be shared. Our salesperson (Rob) helped us with making the right decision for our space. He double checked measurements and followed up to make sure all went smoothly with the delivery and installation. The installers were speedy and thoughtful. I never owned a pool and was uneducated and worried about maintaining it. While other places tried to just sell me a pool, Pool city took the time to address my concerns and educate me. I have a 21' oval pool that takes 10-15 minutes a week to maintain
