Service Tech Jim Smith was most helpful in getting a/c unit back into service ... on a VERY hot day.
Jim was incredible efficient in diagnosing and fixing my Air Conditioning. This was the second time he was at my house in one week. I am so grateful that he was the one assigned to the job.

I paid for the Poores to come to my house to connect a new water heater. They discovered that my house had two gas meters. No one knew why. They disconnected the second gas meter threw it on the driveway and left gas pipes dangling from the side of my house. I only discovered, upon returning home after they did the work, that neither of my gas fireplaces are operational any longer.
