My rating is solely based on the service department. They consistently tell me I need over a thousand dollars in maintenance/service but when obtaining a second opinion they information is not the same. They seem to take extra long to do my service, as I’m receiving it for “free” as a part of my deal when purchasing the car. Yet, if I come there to pay for something I don’t wait nearly as long. Over 2 hours for an oil change that I was told would be an hour. I’ll take the loss and start paying elsewhere.

I won't be going back. To me express service means fast service. Express Service for oil change took 2.5 hours. If you are short staffed, Express Service should not be offered. A very frustrating afternoon for sure.

Such a horrible Dealership, The Used Car Porter. Ignored our conversation about a loan on our trade. Never put it in the paperwork. Had to come back and redo all the paperwork. Then he tells us he will not Reimburse us for the Battery that we agreed upon during our first transaction. His customer service needs work. I will never go back nor will I ever have anything Nice to say about them.

BUYER BEWARE! My elderly father was taken advantage of today. He purchased a used Mazda for 2500 over blue book for dealership price. He purchased a 05 Mazda 6 for over $7000, kelly blue book valued for same miles, features, good condition $4,760. Needless to say I will be going there tomorrow to meet with the manager personally and posting everywhere I can about this dealerships lack of integrity and willingness to take advantage of elderly.

Would not recommend the body shop at Porter Nissan to my worst enemy. I had taken my 2014 Subaru crosstrek there for Major body work after I gotten into an accident. It was Porters job to assess my vehicle and determine every single thing that needed to be fixed and report that to my insurance. After having my car for over a month (which I expected) I came to pick it up but when I started my car it sounded like a tractor trailer and when I started to drive it sounded even worse. Not happy with the service and corporation I received from your dealership. It seems you are happy price gouging military veteran women. I bought a car for my son and dealt with the level of service to get my college age son a car. He goes to UD and has 2 jobs to support himself due to my disabilities. I had the car service by an outside mechanic the brakes are bad and because of my schedule you refuse to fix it. It brought the service receipt to your attention and you are quoting times to me.
