Excellent Customer Service/ Satisfaction. I delt with David Ferguson the service manager and Michael Ferguson. This was my first time going to Porter Nissan. They knew what was wrong with my '08 Rouge and how upset I was. I had a rough time getting the Nissan dealer I bought the car from to "duplicate the issue" so a friend told me to come here. I'm glad I took her advise and the issue is in the process of being fixed at no expense to me. They truly made a beliver out of me.
