The Salad and steak we’re good however Our lobster and shrimp was awful way overcooked And the bathrooms were disgusting

Slow service on a busy night. More servers needed. Waited a while for our cocktails to be served. Prime rib a little cold. Waitress messed up our deserts and they had them sent to our room as we would have been late for the 8:00pm show. We should have had an earlier reservation. We heard many people at other tables also discussing the time it took to enjoy their meals. They were also planning to attend the show. Service was ok not exceptional, sat with dirty dishes for a long time before main meal, food took a VERY long time to come out. We were given a drink as a apology for wait time but we sat at 5:15 and never left until 7:45! Way to long of a wait for dinner. Room was not filled at all when we got there so even though it began to fill up we should have had our dinner order in before the "rush began"! I brought 2 ladies with me that had never been to del Lago or the Vine, and we had an enjoyable evening that began with a nice meal, and excellent waitress! Then on to the awesome show. Best potato skins around!! The ladies loved their dinners, my filet was ok...could have been more tender but was ok.

The food was very good. Cooked perfectly and served hot. We ordered the Ribeye and the Rigatoni Carbonara. Our server was friendly and you almost forgot that you were eating in a casino. We were there for a show at The Vine and decided to make an evening of it. Would definitely eat here again.

We were very happy with our meals...once they came. We were some of the first people to arrive and while we talked and enjoyed each others company, we couldn't help but notice that everyone around us that had arrived after us, had their meals and were just about done before we even got ours. The waitress started avoiding our table because we asked about the delay. She was clearly embarrassed that we had to wait so long for our food. The food was very good. The calamari appetizer was amazing! Steak was delicious and cooked properly.
