Food was excellent from the beginning to the end. I wish the service had been a bit more interactive with the waiter. Our appetizer was plopped on the table by a bus boy (?) and it would have been nice to be told what was on the charcuterie. And the waiter was a bit too hurried when he delivered the carbonara. Had dinner on a quiet early Friday night. We were seated quickly. Had a lovely waitress, who came to us, asked about drinks, told us the specials, brought us bread, and took our orders. Our meals came in a timely fashion, which we appreciated since we were at the casino to see a show that evening. Our bill came as soon as we requested it, and was returned to us immediately. Too dark. Hard to read menu. Items on menu not available. Salt and pepper not on table. Tables are too close together.
We were at del Lago primarily for the concert. I had seen the menu on line and was quite excited to try several of the offerings. They were out of my first choice , orechette with duck confit (at 6:00). So I ordered the lamb sirloin.It was tough and not too flavorful. My husband ordered the carbonara. It was cleverly presented, and generallly good except for being overly salted. Our waiter was efficient and friendly. They really should have table clothes on the table to create a warmer atmosphere. We had a wonderful dining experience celebrating my girlfriend‘s birthday. Can’t wait to return !
Food was excellent and server very attentive. Filet was cooked to perfection, one of the best i have had. Desert was great also. Will eat there again.
Had a wonderful meal served by an attentive staff. The wine was excellent and reasonably priced. The apple and beet salad and wedge salads were wonderful. My wife had the pumpkin ravioli and I had the manicotti. They were wonderful.
There were seven of us and we all enjoyed our meals and our waiter. I will eat there again.
