Nice cheese board and pear salad to start, and our group thought the lamb was flavorful and juicy and the Gorgonzola dunking sauce for the lamb chop was superb. However a few points off for the "Cronut" which was actually 5 balls of fried dough, served with 3 squeeze bottles of sauce to inject as desired. This is our 4th visit to Portico. The service this time was very slow. I added a note to my reservation and told the server's assistant that it was my mother's 85th birthday (she told me she'd tell our server). I realized when she brought the check that she hadn't been told (or forgot). I had to get up from the table and ask her about it, and she then offered to bring a dessert. No candle. Very disappointing.
Servers and service was great.Food icluding appetizers was delicious,and signature cocktails were very tasty! Overall great venue and great dining.
A wonderful place to sit and chat with friends and family. No loud, disruptive music; just a calming atmosphere. A very beautifully decorated restaurant. The service was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful wait staff. My friend and I had potato skins for an appetizer..Yummy. We had two different pasta dishes, and they were excellent. Prices consistent with the better casino restaurants. Would most definitely go there again.
Interesting and delicious appetizers; great steak and well crafted cocktails. An oasis within a vibrant casino.
Our server was Gretchen, she was fantastic. The manager was Kurt, he went out of his way to make our evening great. Thanks we will be back.
We absolutely loved everything about Portico. The service was exemplary with the wait staff catering to our every need. The ambiance is beautiful...modern yet comfortable and intimate. The best part? THE FOOD! I am Italian, I love and appreciate good food. This was fine dining and everything on the menu is a unique creation. Service and food was outstanding! Great place to celebrate or just a night out.
Ambiance very nice.... seating is in booths along the wall or in tables in center of dining room. Prices are high average....nice wine list...good variety. Food quality was average... nothing out of the ordinary. Wait staff was extremely cordial and attentive. And this particular night the kitchen was very slow and it took us approximately 2 hours to have dinner. No dessert offerings were available.
