The filet was not what I expected. And the service for type of restaurant was certainly subpar in my opinion

The only criticism I have was the scolding I got in an email saying that i did not show up for the reservation. I mentioned when we were seated, to the hostess my name and the fact that we had a reservation. This was a problem from your end and should be taken care of.

Everything was top notch from beginning to end. Michael was our server. I had a party of 7. He had everything spot on and didn't write a thing down. Food was beyond excellent. Yes you can go to the buffet or food court and pay less, but you get what you pay for. Excellence. Definitely will be back. On a side note bring back the sea bass....

We had reservations at 7:30 and tried to get in early which we were told that we would need to be at 7:30. No problem...Why not go and gamble a little. We returned at 7:30 and were told that their were a few parties ahead of us that needed to be seated. No problem once again. We went to the bar. Here is were things bothered me. Friday night and the bar is hoping and they had one bartender and one bartender taking care of drinks from the dining room. Two guys in suits stepped up to assist. Waited 20 minutes past 730pm reservation time to be seated for parents anniversary. Seated 10 minutes for waitress asked if wanted lemon with water never received. Appetizers were great pork belly & charcuterie. Limited wine list few from NY state most California. Fettuccine Vongole not cooked no flavor, classic bolognese was barely tossed in Bolognese asked for more sauce came at end of meal cooked down. Waitress in just put the sauce on it will earn it up. My new favorite restaurant! The perfect spot halfway between Rochester and Syracuse to meet friends. The bar is lovely and bartender was friendly and helpful in choosing a bottle of wine as I waited for my friends. The kale Caesar was a tasty start. And the swordfish entree superb! It was served with a lemon sauce and crispy Brussels sprouts. The waitress heard we were celebrating a birthday and brought a delicate pastry cream puff as a dessert. No charge. Food was great! Make sure to come with empty stomachs, portions for appetizers are huge. Wasn't impressed with the Waitress knowledge of the wines, seemed to dependent on the tablet, like she had never tasted the wine. Kitchen was slow we had a 7pm reservation on a Tuesday night and still took us 2hrs to get our full meal. Was a bit pricey but would expect that in a signature restaurant. Overall impression, we will probably come back.

We went for a Saturday lunch, and there was almost no one else in the restaurant. The service we received was amazing. Our waitress knew absolutely everything about the menu, ingredients, and the restaurant itself. She was pleasant and interactive with us. The food is pricey, but meant to be enjoyed. Perfect for a date night or outing with friends!
