Since the last time I was at Portico, it seems the prices have increased significantly. A small salad and a sea bass entree with tax/tip was $72. There was a large party in another room and this caused service to be spotty. One appetizer came out very quickly; the salad a few minutes before the entree. Another person's meal came out 10 minutes after the other two. The servers were working hard and were very apologetic. The food was good overall however the high prices will preclude my return anytime soon.
We were seated promptly upon our arrival. We ordered the white bean and greens soup, the ceasar salad and a wedge salad. Then a chicken thigh Marsala, a 14oz veal chop, a filet and a seabass. Then a warm apple compote, a pumpkin cheesecake and coffee with biscotti. Everything was outstanding. A wonderful evening
Pasta and meatball was excellent….Caesar salad was also very good.
The salads were good but the steak was over priced and overcooked and tasted like a dirty grill. The waitress was awesome though.
The food was amazing, as usual. Get a steak. You won’t be sorry.

3 OF THE 4 DINING HAD THE VEAL PARM WITH BONE IN. THIS DISH WAS AWESOME COVERED THE ENTIRE PLATE, MADE ME THINK OF THE FLINSTONES LOL. MY WITH HAD THE BOL0GNESE WHICH SHE LOVES EVERY TIME WE DINE HERE. THE VEAL PARM IS MY GO TO DISH AT PORTICO FROM NOW ON.
Top notch food, service and atmosphere. A great experience.
