Any company owned & run by Randy Spurling is guaranteed to be top notch. He simply won’t have it any other way. If you are looking for amazing results & the best experience look no further. Potter came out to fix my oil furnace late Sept. Said the pump was failing and dropping vacuum. Replaced pump but still wouldn’t create vacuum. Replacement pump was faulty straight out of the box. Replaced the replacement pump and got the furnace working it seemed. A month and a half later the newly replaced pump is leaking. I call them to come fix it and Potter employee states 30 day warranty is up and I’ll have to pay for a service call and full price for another pump replacement if needed. $895 dollars to end up with the ... read more

Still waiting for a call back from over a week ago. Never followed through with their work of a new furnace and central air unit installed in December after multiple messages asking and calling I finally out sourced a different provider to finish hooking everything since they didn’t not come back. Apparently if the work is too much for them to finish, they won’t come back.

The charged me $161 for there tech to come over. He was in my house less then 5 minutes. All he did was take the front off the boiler, call his boss & then tell me there was nothing they could do.
