RecommendedPotter was the 5-6th service company I called today trying to set up a service call for a furnace that was not working. The others before quickly let me know they were backed up and could get to me for a few days. Potter sent me right to the on call service tech, who was busy, but took the 15 minutes to help troubleshoot over the phone (which worked). The tech (Shane) even called me back to be sure it worked. While they couldn’t bill me today, they earned a customer for life. Marketing at its best....Thank you Shane!

Called this morning to have someone come and check my furnace out...(making a very loud noise...quit working last night) Amanda was able to have someone at my house in a timely manner..Jake H arrived..listened to my furnace said it was the motor..can be replaced..I was stressing out that I would need a whole new furnace. Thank you Jake, I will be calling you again...in the future ☺
