The first time we needed to call was because Isaac heating cooling would not come fix our furnace for 3 days with below freezing temperatures. We call Potter and they were there within hours. RecommendedEmergency service call yesterday….. single digits, no heat. Had called regular provider 4 hours earlier, 3 separate times…..still no response as of this morning……. Tony showed up. Had heat within a couple hours, after running out to find a part. Highly recommend!!!!!
