RecommendedSunday afternoon our furnace was out and finding a company who could help us same-day proved very difficult. Potters had someone (Bob) to our home within 90 minutes of our call. While they weren't able to repair the issue on the spot, due to needing a completely new furnace, they were able to give us a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. Professional, clear and timely communication.
