RecommendedThis could be a long story, but to get down to it, I used a different company many years ago that installed our new very expensive furnace and so I was always skeptical of having anyone else come in. Once again I am so impressed with the service provided to me! My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday and they came and had it up and running in no time! The service technician was super sweet and explained everything!!! We are VERY fortunate to have a local company like Potter !!!

Fast responsive service. They came when my heat was down in 3 hours when the company that put the system in (Issac) said they couldn’t come for a week! I have since signed up for annual maintenance with Potter and am very happy with there friendly prompt service. I highly recommend them.

We have used Potter Heating and Cooling for 3 years. The first time we needed to call was because Isaac heating cooling would not come fix our furnace for 3 days with below freezing temperatures. We call Potter and they were there within hours. Every individual who has come to the house have been professional and courteous.

Emergency service call yesterday….. single digits, no heat. Had called regular provider 4 hours earlier, 3 separate times…..still no response as of this morning……. Tony showed up. Had heat within a couple hours, after running out to find a part. Highly recommend!!!!!
highly recommend!! our furnace went out and they arrived in 24 hours to install a new one. everyone I delt with was very friendly and professional. the installers were done in no time, did a clean install and were very mindful while in and out of the house with materials. was a great local small bussiness to work with.
Just had an amazing experience with Potter! I called for emergency service. They arrived with 20 minutes of my call. Todd was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the repair and the cost, which was very fair! I will definitely use Potter again if the need arises and highly recommend them!
