For me, Potter has installed 2 split systems, a gas furnace, and done several maintenance and repair jobs. They have always be competitive, reliable and professional, have done what they said they would do at the price quoted, and they have never had to come back to adjust something that wasn't done right in the first place. I'm quite happy with them.

This could be a long story, but to get down to it, I used a different company many years ago that installed our new very expensive furnace and so I was always skeptical of having anyone else come in. Once again I am so impressed with the service provided to me! My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday and they came and had it up and running in no time! The service technician was super sweet and explained everything!!! We are VERY fortunate to have a local company like Potter !!!
Fast responsive service. They came when my heat was down in 3 hours when the company that put the system in (Issac) said they couldn’t come for a week! I have since signed up for annual maintenance with Potter and am very happy with there friendly prompt service. I highly recommend them.
