Lori went above and beyond nights and weekends for us. We unfortunately had a terrible loan officer and Lori was very patient with us and was VERY good at picking up our loan officers slack. This company is very professional, hard working, and humble. I wouldn't second guess sending anyone over there. Thank you guys!

Jerry is fantastic to work with! Could not say enough positive things about him, he has sold our previous two homes and been our realtor in the purchase of our last two homes. He made our transition from Fairbanks to Anchorage seamless. Jerry is easy to talk to, he always responds to questions quickly, and helps remind you of any upcoming deadlines. We wouldn't recommend anyone else to our friends or family.

Great service Jerry was always friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We sold our house before it even went to market! He really made our first time home sale an easy and pleasant experience. He got us top dollar for our house and we enjoyed a nice profit.

We had a great experience working with Mr. Garza. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and endlessly patient. He’s also incredibly generous with his time; including mornings, evenings and weekends. Early on we got the strong sense that he was working to get us something we’d be happy with for the best possible price. Mr. Garza made the process of renting our home painless and as straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him.

Jerry was helpful and willing to show us houses when we were not present in Alaska. We are a military family who couldn't make the trek up there and so we did everything via telephone and FaceTime.

Michael was totally EXCELLENT throughout the entire process of buying our first home! He took us to several properties, and helped us negotiate an offer on the one we wanted. He gave great advice on good counter offers, and walked us newbies through the whole process. After sending an email inquiring about a property I was contacted by an agent within the hour. They moved things along very swift and smooth answering all my questions very well, I had many as this was my first property purchase. They contacted me often in order to inform me of the progress and it all went quite well. Courteous and efficient.

Top notch buying and property management experience! Working with Jerry was not your typical realtor experience. He took our needs into consideration and tailored our experience and property exposure during the buying process to our needs. Jerry helped us both buy and sell a home. It was a little overwhelming at times, negotiating two deals that needed to close concurrently but he did a great job staying calm and helping walk us through our little freak outs during the process. He even brought us a housewarming basket after we got settled in our new place, which I felt was a nice, personal touch.
