Jerry helped us all the way from Oklahoma to find a home! He took me on a one day tour of all the houses I wanted to look at! We love our house! Only thing I would suggest to have is an information sheet for the buyer on Alaskan homes! Especially first time Alaskans! The family we bought the house from left us one and it has helped me out tremendously!! Thank you again!

From day one showing me the house, Jerry was awesome. He explained everything in detail and described the whole buying process for me, since it was my first time buying. I had to leave town for a month on business and he emailed me every document and had the electronic system setup for me to sign everything miles away. Even after the closing and signing, he still dropped by and left us a Christmas tree ornament saying "Our First Home". Jerry is very helpful in the home buying expierence, any homes I wanted to look at or had questions about he was very helpful. He is extremely professional and also very patient, but is always on top of things and never pressured me one way or another. Would highly recommend Jerry for any home buying or selling process.

Very professional. And even though we live in Tx. And Alaska is where we bought the land. Jerry answered all of our questions, answered/returned back our calls every time we called his cell phone. Until land was recorded in our name. He helped our dream come true. We got a piece of Alaska. ?? Thank you!!! Jerry.
