I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jerry and his staff. They definitely went the extra mile. He met me at the property I wanted to look at the day I called him, even though it was 40 minutes out of town. He also made the buying process quick and to the point. The only reason Jerry got a 4/5 on the process is because we were the first clients of his to have a remodel included in the sale of the house and he was not sure on the process. He learned fast and helped immensely. He would get a 6/5 for responsiveness, it's like his phone is always on his hand when you're not around. Very knowledgable on the area and what to look for and what to avoid. Also very personable and a funny guy. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
