We waited 4 hours sitting in the hot Florida sun waiting filor a tow from AAA. We kept in contact with AAA and they kept telling up that a long tow (About 60 miles from Melborne to St Cloud Florida) As soon as Precision towing got the call (4 Hours Later around 6:00PM) they immediately called me and got right onto picking up my vehicle and dropping it at Starling GM here in St Cloud. AAA called one tow company. I waited 2 hours, they never responded. AAA called Precision. The boss(sorry I forgot your name)called within a few minutes then went over the top to assist me. The man takes pride in his business and cares about his customers! Call Precision for all of your towing needs!

Your driver was great. He had may car started in minutes and helped me thru a very difficuly day. We were not sure of the problem but in minuets he know it was my battery had it started and told me the best place to get a new one fast. His finally just don' tcturn it off until you know they can putting a new battery. Best experience.
