It was easy, claimed with geico and tow arrived right on time. Communicated with me via text because Im deaf. Driver even mentioned to service employee at dodge Chrysler dealership where my truck was being towed to, told him that I was deaf and gave him my text number which made things much easier for me. Thank you for that.
