Ben was great, so kind and understanding. My car broke down in south Florida in a Publix parking lot. I was so upset, not knowing how to get it back to Palm Bay and not wanting to have it fixed down there. He was so patient with me and my directions to the car. And after his very difficult day through awful traffic, he showed me how the tow truck works as he carefully unloaded my car. I was so very impressed with his courtesy. Prompt and professional! Courteous and kind!! Most do not call upon towing services unless they're experiencing a crisis of sorts. The equipment was impeccably pristine amd my driver's knowledge and experience allowed me to relax and catch my breath. Seamless experience. After it wouldn't start, I needed my car over to the dealership and I had to head to work. They were able to pickup the car and drop it off, sent me secure link for payment, quick and professional, definitely recommended
