Horrible experience the owner is an old rude guy doesnt bother to help at all he told silverrock to not cover my claim and then made me pay 165 and said I signed a contract when my signature was no where on that paper and it was after hours.
this car has been gone for over two years
I went in without an appointment.they worked me in with less time than was expected.Terry the manager is always couteous and efficient with every customer who walks through the door.
They dont know what was the service request and poor timing
I went for wheel alignment problem, my car still pulls over to the left..it is not resolved
