Service could have been,better
Very disappointed with my experience keep going back for the same problem they keep fixing other things. First time they charge me 1400 and something dollars and then the next time you wanted to charge me $1600 and it's still not working so I'm not happy.
Overcharged/gouged and shoddy work. - $88 for a synthetic oil change they marketed a special for $55 (and no this isn't because more than 5 quarts was required, they charged for that in addition) - Claimed my oil cap was broken and charged $45 for a $9 replacement - After service I completed the additional repairs they recommended myself and found they left multiple screws out of the bottom of the oil pan cover - Also found that my air filter housing was left open and the filter not installed correctly after they pulled it t... read more
