I had an appointment for 9 a.m. But, my auto was not taken in until almost 10 a.m. I presented a coupon from their website which stated that synthetic oil change with new oil filter and topping off fluids would cost $54.99. When the service rep filled out the order, he told me the charge (including tire rotation) would cost $104. Went for alignment. Tire rotation and balance. Car is driving worse than before and still pulling to the left like nothing was fixed. They changed my rear brake pads and now my automatic braking system doesn't work. My cruise control won't work my parking brake and auto hold feature don't work. They said because I also need new calipers for $1200! My brakes and automatic braking subsystem was working just fine before I took it here. Very disappointed and don't see myself returning ever
Likes to add things you don't ask for
I specifically told the man at the counter I wanted the blend synthetic oil change for $39.99 & when the woman rung me up she said she put in full synthetic oil change & the guy told her I wanted blended but she didn't listen so she charged me $70.00 & I told her I wasn't happy about that! She then tried to get me to spend another almost $2;000 on things wrong with my car & I wasn't happy the way she handled that either which no way I could afford that being a widow on SS! Every visit I've had to Precision Tune Auto Care has been great until yesterday. My experience was marred by unprofessional behavior exhibited by the lady behind the counter, whose passive-aggressive attitude left much to be desired. I called ahead to ensure there was space available for (just) an oil change. The woman on the phone said that there was so I came straight over. Again- all I needed was a same-day oil change. Awful service, not timely at all and I was lied to by them and Caliber about timeliness of service.
The service I went in for was adequate but overpriced. What I didnt appreciate was service sales associate (Kelly) trying to sell me an additional $1K in services without proper documentation; too many inconsistencies and misinformation- Just another South Florida scam. All in all, an adequate service ( for those not on a budget) just be sure to steer clear of Kelly.
Oil change prices extremely expensive! Double the dealership price. Air & cabin filters outrageous. Went to parts store bought both for 1/4 price and installed them myself! Ripping off public!!
