I felt it was a bit pricy........
Service could have been,better
Very disappointed with my experience keep going back for the same problem they keep fixing other things. First time they charge me 1400 and something dollars and then the next time you wanted to charge me $1600 and it's still not working so I'm not happy.
Overcharged/gouged and shoddy work. - $88 for a synthetic oil change they marketed a special for $55 (and no this isn't because more than 5 quarts was required, they charged for that in addition) - Claimed my oil cap was broken and charged $45 for a $9 replacement - After service I completed the additional repairs they recommended myself and found they left multiple screws out of the bottom of the oil pan cover - Also found that my air filter housing was left open and the filter not installed correctly after they pulled it t... read more
I had an appointment for 9 a.m. But, my auto was not taken in until almost 10 a.m. I presented a coupon from their website which stated that synthetic oil change with new oil filter and topping off fluids would cost $54.99. When the service rep filled out the order, he told me the charge (including tire rotation) would cost $104. Went for alignment. Tire rotation and balance. Car is driving worse than before and still pulling to the left like nothing was fixed. They changed my rear brake pads and now my automatic braking system doesn't work. My cruise control won't work my parking brake and auto hold feature don't work. They said because I also need new calipers for $1200! My brakes and automatic braking subsystem was working just fine before I took it here. Very disappointed and don't see myself returning ever

I specifically told the man at the counter I wanted the blend synthetic oil change for $39.99 & when the woman rung me up she said she put in full synthetic oil change & the guy told her I wanted blended but she didn't listen so she charged me $70.00 & I told her I wasn't happy about that! She then tried to get me to spend another almost $2;000 on things wrong with my car & I wasn't happy the way she handled that either which no way I could afford that being a widow on SS!
