The service I went in for was adequate but overpriced. What I didnt appreciate was service sales associate (Kelly) trying to sell me an additional $1K in services without proper documentation; too many inconsistencies and misinformation- Just another South Florida scam. All in all, an adequate service ( for those not on a budget) just be sure to steer clear of Kelly.
Oil change prices extremely expensive! Double the dealership price. Air & cabin filters outrageous. Went to parts store bought both for 1/4 price and installed them myself! Ripping off public!!
I did not get any service please update the records
thought my battery was the issue and they said it was my starter..I paid 800 and the next day again was an issue and they put another starter in. 5 days later my car wouldn't wouldn't start and i brought back noticing the battery was a bit corroded.. Instead of cleaning the terminal on a good battery and admitted the battery was fine but gave me a new one free to my surprise.. I never needed a starter and no refund for 800 i spent

Upcharge on the oil service also suggested maintenance that is not required at unreasonable rates.
I don't they checked my fluids in my car and they didn't check the air in my tires like I asked them too.
They did a free inspection, however the quote for the service was way too high. The work was performed by another shop.
Terrible customer service the owner is rude
