A great buying experience Buying a car should always be this easy. I recently bought a 2007 Lincoln MKX from Preferred, and having Doc as my sales consultant made it fast and easy. Great Selection Great slaes people Excellent sales staff. Easy to work with and they explain their product and offerings in a way that is easily understood. Not high pressure sales, very comfortable dealing with them. Jason is new and did an outstanding job handling our negotiations and needs. We financed with Preferred and this was also done very well. Fantastic Experience! Will recommend to everyone I had a fantastic experience working with Andrew Koss while purchasing my new to me Dodge Avenger. Great dealership Purchased a vehicle from Preferred in 2013 and then moved to Indiana. Husband and I wanted to trade our vehicle in and we started our process in Indiana. I was so frustrated with the pushy sales people that we came all the way back to Grand Haven to work with Ryan Myers again. I never have felt cheated,slighted, or pressured while working with Preferred and feel that Ryan truly cares about his customers. First class dealer and would recommend them to anyone. Make this your first stop. Keyword is listen. Have you ever felt in a conversation that when you are talking, the other person was only waiting for their next turn to speak, and not listening?
