Great buying experience I got a 2011 GMC Acadia through this dealership and absolutely love the vehicle. I had a great salesperson in Derrick Conkle there who I would highly recommend contacting if you are in the market for a used vehicle. He is very personable and was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle I purchased. The whole experience was a very pleasurable one and I definitely will be going through Derrick and Preferred again when it's time for a new vehicle. Thank you Derrick and Preferred.

Friendly service, great dealer Purchased specifically from Campbell Stephenson and incredibly pleased. Great color and interior - had a driver deliver the car from Grand Haven to Lansing. Will definitely buy from Cam again.

Great Sales Person - Campbell Stephenson Campbell went above and beyond to make my buying experience a great one. He picked me up at my house so I wouldn't have to figure out how to get my old car home. Walked me through all the new electronics on my new GMC Acadia. Set up my On-Star. He called me after a few days to see if I had any questions about my new vehicle. He made my new car buying experience a great one.

Quick & friendly service. Very thorough. Pleased~! My car was running cold, so they investigated the problem and fixed it that day. They worked right up until closing to finish my car so I could have it back sooner. They were very friendly, quick service, and explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased~!!

Great service The Service dept was very friendly and helpful. I had a probem with my truck and they got me right in and were quick on the repair. They offere to take me someplace if I needed to go, I just stayed at the dealership was just easier with the type of repair being done.
