Unexpected GREAT Sales Experience It is a pleasure to express our buying experience, and recommendation of Preferred Chevrolet and Robert Corbett. We found on line, the used Camry that fit our needs. The only drawback, was the distance from our home in Mishawaka, IN. and Grand Haven. We made the trip, and the car was what I expected. What was unexpected, was the outstanding professional attitude of Robert. My hesitation(distance) was dissolved by his and the Preferred staff, willingness to make this an easy experience.
Excellent sales and service I would like to recommend Thurlow Weed, sales. He went above and beyond in helping us purchase 2 vehicles. Our credit was a slight issue, but he worked so we could make this affordable and possible. He also made sure the problems with the used vehicle were taken care of very quickly. Robert Corbett is the man to see when looking for I just bought a 2011 Equinox and love it! Robert Corbett was our salesman and he is great at what he does! He was upfront and honesty; always asked what I wanted and did not push anything on me. I even had the personal attention of their sales manager, Bob. Both gentleman were very helpful and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new car to stop in and see them!
Great service, nice cars, good selection, clean, I went there to buy a 2004 Grand Prix and buying it was a good experience. The salesman there are nice and they even gave me a tour of the facility while there and told some benifits of buying there such as a card they gave me to get 25 miles of free towing if something were to happen at 4 of the locations they own
