My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle due to my lease being up, went to tons of dealership and no one was willing to help us, until we went to preferred in grand haven and met Bryan Cramer. Great Service I was very pleased with the salesman that I was referred to. He was very upfront and honest with my husband and I. He tried very hard to help me with what I wanted. While we were busy with paperwork the salesman paid attention to our 2 children. The business manager was wonderful and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. We didn't plan on buying a vehicle when we went in....just looking and ended up bring home our new SUV.
