Went above and BEYOND I had an awesome experience at Preferred. We financed a vehicle through them with the help of our salesperson Robert Corbett and if it were not for him going above and beyond our expectations I don't think we would have walked away with such an amazing vehicle at an amazing deal.

Purchased 2013 Equinox My salesperson was Mr. Robert Corbett. I have sold vehicles years back and it was always my intention to make my clients comfortable, no pressure, allow them space and try and answer their concerns. Thurlow Weed Rocks! I purchased a Chevy Equinox in July 2014 and found Thurlow Weed the very best salesman on the planet! The service level my husband and I experienced was excellent! Thurlow even spent time explaining every function of my new vehicle to me upon pick up. I advise anyone to ask for Thurlow at Preferred Chevrolet in Grand Haven!
