Great Customer Service! I just recently purchased my first GM product with a 2015 GMC Sierra. I believe this was made possible by the excellent customer service at Preferred Chevrolet/Buick/GMC. I initially contacted the dealership over the weekend and was contacted first thing Monday morning clarifying what I was looking for. GREAT EXPERIENCE Great dealership! They did everything possible to make my car purchase a great experience. I would like to thank Robert Corbett I had excellent service at preferred chevrolet in grand haven everyone we interacted with were friendly and answered all the questions we had I would like to say a big shout out to Robert Corbett he sold us a 2011 impala that runs great in excellent condition and low mileage and I love it.Thank all of you at preferred Chevrolet I would recommend you guys to everyone.

Friendly sales staff and great to work with. Andrew Koss was great to deal with and is super nice. They let us take the van we were buying and meet the people that we sold our old car to and then back before we even purchased it. Very accommodating and even communicated info with us on his day off. Definitely will consider Preferred for our next vehicle.
