I took my sister in law there to help her gt a car, I made mention that I was looking for a jeep Cherokee or a ford explorer and if he could keep me in mindn after leaving wth a car for her, 4 days later he called me and said he had a like new 04 Cherokee wth low miles in my price range, I returned to look at it and bought it... love the thing. Wonderful experience, wonderful facility! Had a wonderful experience working with salesman Campbell Stephenson! He found the car we wanted and we were able to take delivery within 3 days!! Everything went very smoothly and quickly, couldn't be more pleased. Over the years their service dept and Gary McCaleb have kept both of our older Chevy vehicles in great condition! Thank you for taking such good care of our vehicles and now the addition of a brand new one!

BEST SERVICE EVER! We had been looking for certain minivan for quite some time. Finally found one at Preferred Chevrolet. We dealt with Andrew Koss over the phone for a few days because we live about 4 hours away. Wanted to make sure this was the van we wanted before we made the drive.
