Great dealership Purchased a vehicle from Preferred in 2013 and then moved to Indiana. Husband and I wanted to trade our vehicle in and we started our process in Indiana. I was so frustrated with the pushy sales people that we came all the way back to Grand Haven to work with Ryan Myers again. I never have felt cheated,slighted, or pressured while working with Preferred and feel that Ryan truly cares about his customers. First class dealer and would recommend them to anyone.
