Customer Service/Salesman - Best we have ever had! Campbell Stephenson was the best sales person we have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I had gone online to pick what I wanted to customize our 2014 Corvette Stingray with the help of Campell. He was patient & was able to answer any question I had. He had also kept me informed to the status of when to expect delivery. When the car arrived, he had everything ready & explained the car entirely. The overall experience was beyond my expectations.

Great and friendly service, very helpful. I was wandering in the used car lot when an extremely nice sales person approached me. Unexpected GREAT Sales Experience It is a pleasure to express our buying experience, and recommendation of Preferred Chevrolet and Robert Corbett. We found on line, the used Camry that fit our needs. The only drawback, was the distance from our home in Mishawaka, IN. and Grand Haven. We made the trip, and the car was what I expected. What was unexpected, was the outstanding professional attitude of Robert. My hesitation(distance) was dissolved by his and the Preferred staff, willingness to make this an easy experience.

Our credit was a slight issue, but he worked so we could make this affordable and possible. He also made sure the problems with the used vehicle were taken care of very quickly. He is wonderful and takes a personal interest in making his customer is satisfied. I would recommend Dorian to anyone, and suggest that you ask for Thurlow Weed. He's great!!!!!!!
