Great dealership Purchased a vehicle from Preferred in 2013 and then moved to Indiana. Husband and I wanted to trade our vehicle in and we started our process in Indiana. I was so frustrated with the pushy sales people that we came all the way back to Grand Haven to work with Ryan Myers again. I never have felt cheated,slighted, or pressured while working with Preferred and feel that Ryan truly cares about his customers. First class dealer and would recommend them to anyone. Stop and ask for Dan Benham. Dan listened to my needs. He took notes. He did everything that I had asked for, and it started with him listening.
