A+ Service no pressure sales, kind and patient! We drove over an hour to Premier Jeep in Hyannis even though we have many other jeep dealers in our immediate area; and would do it again for our next purchase. Everyone we had contact with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable through our entire purchase experience.
Very enjoyable experience I first entered the dealership interested, but in no position to buy. Kyle spent over an hour running numbers for me knowing I was not buying for months. He kept me updated with new rebates over the next few months until I was ready to buy, but he was by no means bothersome. BEST experience we've EVER had purchasing a car from dealer. We first visited the dealership that where we last purchased our cars over the past 10 years because we were hoping to get a good deal for being Loyal Customers. However, we left within about 30 minutes because it was such a frustrating experience. We live in the most remote part of Cape Cod, in Truro, and many dealerships are about an hour away. Customer Service I purchase a 2016 Dodge Ram last year and I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Dombrowski , as soon as my lease ran on my 2014 Jeep which I had leased through another dealership based on the outstanding customer service he provided me during my last visit I immediately went back to Robert. Again outstanding customer service and the dealership as a whole, the sales and service departments they due a great job. Always friendly, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them

Amazing Experience! From the moment i walked into the door until I left after signing paperwork I was treated with respect and was not stressed at all. Fabulous I had bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty from Premier Cape Cod 7 years ago and the experience was a pleasant one. The Jeep worked out fine and I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
