Our Family's New Car Dealership... I am from New Jersey, but have a home on Cape Cod so when I was in need of a new car I drove by Premier. I have never leased a car before, but decided to try it. I leased a Jeep Patriot and I love it. On my first visit I was quoted an incorrect lease price from a salesman (who is no longer there) so when I went back to actually lease the car the price was a bit higher which upset me a little. Positive experience. I stopped in to have a few questions answered in regards to leasing a new vehicle vs purchasing one. I believe I was met by Rebecca who greeted me and quickly found someone to answer my questions. great people I searched on line for my pickup finding a red 2014 short bed silverado at premier cape cod . 60 mile ride for me but worth it .very accommodating and patient with me and my situation,my car fax showed 2 recalls which Kyle took to another dealer to address for me .Kyle Hien was awesome to work with . No need to go off-Cape Buying a car is always intimidating and everyone says you get a better deal off-Cape. I disagree. The staff at premier have upfront pricing on their vehicles and their customer service is top notch. I could not be happier with my experience with Premier and am so happy I stayed local.

Purchase and Service My purchase experience was excellent; it was straightforward and handled professionally. The financial aspects of the purchase were clear and done in an expeditious fashion. One opportunity for improvement lies within the pick-up process. There was no real explanation of the vehicle's operational aspects. Rather, the process was very rushed. As a result I have had to refer to the manual on a regular basis in order to "learn" the vehicle. One minor service issue was handled extremely well.
I had great sales service with patience and genuine support I worked with Derek for a few months trying to find a particular model wrangler. I wasn't pressured or persuaded into any vehicle. I ended up with exactly what I wanted! Great assistance and a pleasure to do business with! :)
Quick and easy We purchased a new Jeep wrangler unlimited. Everyone was helpful and also made sure I was happy with what I chose.
