Great Service Experience I had an appointment for service work this morning. My service advisor was Michelle Martin. She explained the time frame involved, and because I was waiting for the vehicle, had the service completed timely and efficiently. 9 Jeeps in as many years. Bought my first Jeep at their Sandwich showroom and have been hooked ever since. I hate to haggle and I need to have a level of trust - I do here and have never been disappointed. I bought my 5th Wrangler today and didn't even test drive it - complete faith that the dealership will make good if there's any issues.
