New car purchase Great people (Rob Dombrowski in sales, Andrew Dent in finance, Golf in instruction and final details). Terrific personalities, very informative, obviously knowledgeable, very easy to work with. Now that car prices are really not subject to bickering over a final price, you want a dealer that offers intelligent staff who work nicely with you at every step. We found all of that as we bought a new Jeep Cherokee.
Joe O'Brien is the consummate customer service guy . I'm one of those people who researches the vehicle I'm about to buy beforehand, so I know exactly what I wanted. Joe found me the truck and took me through the purchase process seamlessly. What I didn't research was required interest rates in order to get certain rebates and closing costs, especially documentation fees. John Lendval is an INCREDIBLE and VALUABLE employee Today was an incredibly cold morning, with outside air temps less than 10 degrees. All the tires in my new 2016 RAM Bighorn truck were reading very low. Try as I might, I went to 4 gas stations whose air systems were down, frozen or otherwise inoperable.
